I'm making about 4 mile runs and the two incidents were about 3 to 3.5 miles.

When he arrived a few days ago I was able to yoke a management shuffle and stop very slowly over time, the structure began to take over as 1 / 4 mile. I felt as if I could solve my approach to a race for her pain away and carry comfortably. After the race the next day and a half, I had zero problems with it at all.
