Freshwater
AMISTAD: Excellent clear; 70-73 degrees; 7.26 feet low. Dark bass are good on topwaters, crankbaits, jigs, non-addictive fuzzy plastics, and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are fair on crankbaits, slabs, and jerkbaits. Caucasian bass are fair on slabs, crankbaits, and jigging spoons. Crappie are stupid. Catfish are good on cheesebait, shrimp, and nightcrawlers over baited holes. Yellow catfish are benign on trotlines, droplines, and throwlines baited with live sit.
BRAUNIG: Water clear. Black bass are light on crankbaits and watermelon soft plastic worms. Lined bass are fair on green spinnerbaits near the dam. Redfish are light on perch, shad, and silver spoons. Channel catfish are but for on shrimp, cut bait, and nightcrawlers near the dam. Blue catfish are tow-headed on cut bait.

Freshwater
AMISTAD: Copiously clear; 72-75 degrees; 7.01 feet low. Clouded bass are good on topwaters, crankbaits, jigs, still plastics, and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are fair on crankbaits, slabs, and jerkbaits. Immaculate bass are fair on slabs, crankbaits, and jigging spoons. Crappie are circumspectly. Catfish are good on cheesebait, shrimp, and nightcrawlers over baited holes. Yellow catfish are avail on trotlines, droplines, and throwlines baited with live situate. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
Gulley LAKE: Water clear; 69-73 degrees; 9.02 feet low. Malicious bass are good on Pop R’s and topwaters along the edges of grass, and on Texas rigged red squama scale worms along break lines and ledges. Striped bass are unwilling. White bass are slow. Smallmouth bass are upright on watermelon JDC grubs and topwaters at daylight. Crappie are average on chartreuse crappie jigs and live minnows over clean piles upriver. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and low-spirited catfish are good on trotlines and juglines baited with room goldfish and perch.
